General provisions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the accommodation services of the Mandula Wellness Apartment House (operator: ECC-Consulting Tanácsadó Zrt.).

Booking process

An enquiry submitted on the website does not constitute a final booking. A booking is created by the written confirmation of the operator.

Prices

Prices are per night in Hungarian forint. Tourist tax (700 HUF/person/night, over 18) is not included and is payable on site.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: 15:00–16:30. Check-out: by 10:00. Other times require prior arrangement.

Payment

Payment is made as set out in the confirmation. Accepted methods: SZÉP card, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and, by agreement, cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in the booking confirmation. Please notify us of any cancellation as early as possible.

House rules and liability

Guests must use the accommodation properly and are liable for any damage caused. The operator is not liable for damage to the valuables of guests.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall settle disputes primarily amicably.
